Most Common Problem

The most common exterior home problems are; poor soil grading, exterior wall damage, poor deck or fence conditions, and poor landscape conditions.

Preventative Measures

Soil grading should always be done in a method that drains water away from the home structure. Other exterior problems can be resolved with regular inspection and maintenance. Decks and fences should be properly sealed to help prolong wood life by reducing the likelihood of wood rot.
